Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

LEARN TO PLAY

All sales are final. If player does not meet skating prerequisite upon start of the program, prorated refunds may be given. Any questions on age classifications and if your child is ready for the Learn to Play program, please contact info@elmbrookyouthhockey.org.

Elmbrook Youth Hockey

Prorated refunds available up to evaluations less processing fees.

COACHES

No Refunds.

VOLUNTEER

No refund.
