Registration for the 2012-2013 season will be open on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Please register with USA Hockey prior to accessing Elmbrook's online registration process. You will need the player's 2012 USA Hockey number to complete the registration form. Please review the Current Member/New Member information prior to registering. Additionally, be sure to read the Code of Conduct and Volunteer Policy as compliance is required. Please complete the online registration and mail in the $300 registration fee by July 15, 2012 to avoid the $50 late registration fee. Note: Registration fee for Bantam players enrolled in High School is $500.
All players and coaches as well as any one else who may be on the ice during the season, will need to register individually with USA Hockey. No player or coach will be allowed on the ice at any time, practices or games, until registered with USA Hockey.
