EYHA Families,
Before this hockey season comes to a close, this is a reminder to turn in your volunteer card if you have not previously done so. All cards need to be turned in to me by April 1st so that your credit may be issued by April 30th. Credits for this season will not be issued after April 30th.
You do not need to drop off the card at the Ponds, you may scan and email directly to me if that is easier,
tdjchris@msn.com. If you do drop it off at the Ponds, please send me a message so I know to pick it up.
A few things to keep in mind... 1) partial hours are not credited 2) hours for working the penalty box do not count, unless they were worked during the state tournament 3) a maximum of 5 hours are allowed for clock/score for your team, the balance of the hours should benefit the association as a whole 4) providing snacks for an individual team does not count, only treats provided during Skate with Santa are eligible for volunteer hours.
